Shipping & Availability
Are your parts in stock and ready to ship?
Yes. We keep thousands of part numbers on hand and ready for same-day shipping, including batteries, lighting, brakes, and replacement components for GA aircraft.
How fast do orders ship?
We prioritize getting orders out the same day they come in. In-stock orders placed before 4:00 PM (Central) typically ship the same business day.
Do you offer AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support?
Yes. If you’re AOG, call us directly at (800) 767-7593 so we can prioritize your order and get your part moving as quickly as possible. We also offer counter-to-counter service through third-party contractors for time-critical shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We’re very experienced with international shipments and are prepared to meet your needs. Contact our team and we’ll help arrange the best method and documentation for your destination.

Yes. Aero-Mach Wilco is a distributor of 4130 aircraft-quality plate steel, stocked in annealed and normalized conditions across a range of thicknesses and cut sizes.
Do you have Piper surplus parts?
Yes â we house an extensive Piper surplus inventory. Call us with your part number to check availability.
Are your parts sourced from approved manufacturers?
Yes. We work with authorized manufacturers and trusted suppliers to ensure product quality, traceability, and reliability.
What are static wicks, and do you make them?
Returns, Warranty & Recycling
What is your return policy?
We accept uninstalled parts in their original packaging as returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Contact us to arrange your return.
What if my part arrives damaged?
If a part arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll discuss replacement options.
How do I recycle an old aircraft battery?
Aircraft batteries are 100% recyclable through your local recycling centers.
Do you offer exchange units?
Most of the time, yes â we can offer an exchange unit to replace your non-serviceable unit through our Aero-Mach Labs division (an FAA-approved Part 145 Repair Station). Call us to check exchange availability for your part.
What warranty comes with exchange and overhauled items?
We offer a 12-month warranty on Overhaul and Exchange items, and a 90-day warranty on repairs. Learn more about paperwork that comes with repaired / overhauled units on our Aero-Mach Labs page.
